1) Introduction

In the last infographic in our Classic Management Theories Series, we look at theories of motivation from Maslow and Herzberg.

Motivating your employees, ensuring they buy in to your firm’s values and purpose, is the first step in creating a shared positive culture that drives success.

What motivates you in your work? What motivates your team?  How as a leader or manager can you inspire success?

At Bigrock, we are currently optimising a model for cultural change to motivate individuals, managers and leaders around their firm’s vision and values by creating an environment for excellence.
